However, most times it can be accomplished by some simple lifestyle changes that you must begin immediately.

Step 2: Begin an exercise program that consists of both cardio, and very importantly strength training.
Running and stair climbing are great for targeting cellulite. As far as the strength training, you want to build muscle in the areas that are most likely going to be affected, such as the butt, the thighs, and the belly.
Squats, leg curls, sit-ups, and reverse sit-ups are amazingly effective and should have awesome results.
Step 3: Drink Water. You know you're supposed to do this anyways, but if you're trying to get rid of cellulite it becomes a crucial element. Drinking water flushes out the toxins in your system and with that comes the fat cells that no longer have a working position in your body.
So there are three very important steps to losing cellulite.
If you follow these steps there's really no guarantee that you'll ever completely get rid of all of your cellulite, but even so, any one of these steps will make you feel great and put you on the road to a healthy life.
